Hi I'm Caroline, I'm so excited to be part of the True Strength & Conditioning Team! Since a young age I've always loved playing a variety of sports and even played rugby throughout high school. I graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelors in Kinesiology. After university I received my certification in Personal Training through CSEP.

I have trained individuals 1:1 as well as HITT fitness group. I love connecting with my clients and helping them achieve their goals.

My favourite way to stay active currently is weight training, with my favourite workout being anything legs! Outside of being in the gym I love to go hiking or going to the beach in the summer. I look forward to becoming a member of this community and meeting all of you!
